1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we process and why
Visiting the website. When you open our website, our web server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the requested page and your browser type. We process this data to deliver the website securely and to protect it against misuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website statistics. We measure visits with WP Statistics, which runs on our own server. IP addresses are anonymised and hashed, so we cannot identify individual visitors. The data is not passed on to advertising networks and is not used to track you across other websites (legitimate interest in improving our website).
Contact form and email. If you contact us through the form or by email, we process the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use them to answer your inquiry and to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). When you use the form, we ask for your consent to this processing, which you can withdraw at any time.
3. Cookies
This website uses only technical cookies. Our cookie notice stores your cookie choice in your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. It is processed by service providers acting on our behalf, in particular our web hosting provider Websupport (websupport.sk) in Slovakia and our email provider. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by law.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Inquiries are kept until they are handled and for as long as a resulting business relationship or legal retention duties require. Server logs are kept for a short period.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to safetyba@safetyba.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
